Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients give us a key or lockbox code — our team is fully vetted, insured and trusted with key-holding.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with professional, eco-friendly products and all the equipment needed. If you prefer specific products, just let us know.
How is the price calculated?
We quote per visit based on size, condition and the service you need. No hidden fees — you'll always see a clear, all-in price before we start.
Are you insured?
Fully. We carry public liability insurance and all team members are background-checked and trained in-house.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move things around at no charge.
Are you pet- and child-safe?
Yes. Our default products are non-toxic and safe around pets and children — and we love meeting them.
