When you send a quote request or an estimate through this website we collect only what the form asks for:

• The town, the service and the property details you describe
• The message you write to us

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request: to prepare a quote, to confirm the scope and access of the clean, and to reply to you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

The legal basis is your request, which is a step prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries addressed to us. Messages are delivered to our mailbox through our email provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the service plus the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within one year. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
