A regular or deep clean takes care of floors, surfaces, kitchens and bathrooms. Sofas, rugs and mattresses are different: they hold dust, sand and everyday marks deep in the fabric, and they are the first things a guest or a returning owner notices. That is why Purely Clean Costa offers carpet, sofa and mattress cleaning as a separate service in Marbella and the rest of our local area. We work in apartments along the seafront, family homes, villas in the urbanisations and holiday rentals between bookings. You can book this service on its own, or combine it with a regular clean, a deep clean or a changeover, so the whole property is ready at the same moment.

How pricing works
Carpet, sofa and mattress cleaning is priced on request, because the work depends on the item rather than on the number of bedrooms. To prepare your quote we ask:
- 1What needs cleaning: the number of sofa seats, chairs, rugs (with approximate size) and mattresses.
- 2The fabric or material, if you know it, and any stains or marks you want us to look at.
- 3Where the property is and how we get access, especially if you are not in Marbella yourself.
- 4Whether you want to combine it with a regular clean, deep clean or holiday rental changeover.
You receive a clear price before anything is booked. Our rates for regular and deep cleaning are shown on the site and exclude 21% IVA; the same applies to quotes for this service.
The setting changes the work
Living by the coast is hard on fabric
Sea air, sand and pool use travel from the terrace into the house. Swimwear, sun cream and wet towels end up on sofas and chairs, and fine sand settles in rugs. In a holiday rental the furniture is used by a new group every week in high season; in a second home it may stand unused for months and need freshening up before the owner arrives.
For owners who live abroad, we can coordinate keys and access in the same way as for our changeovers, and let you know when the work is done.

Where we work
Marbella is part of our local area, together with San Pedro, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Guadalmina, Cancelada, Estepona, Manilva and Casares. We also travel further, up to about one hour, to places such as Benahavís, Elviria, Calahonda, La Cala de Mijas, Mijas and Fuengirola.

Sofa, carpet and mattress cleaning is priced on request. Tell us how many seats, rugs or mattresses need cleaning and send a photo if you can; we confirm the price before booking. Quoted prices exclude 21% IVA.
Can you clean my sofa and carpets during a regular or deep clean?
Yes. You can book this service on its own or add it to a regular clean, a deep clean or a holiday rental changeover, so everything is done in one visit where the timing allows.
Do I need to be at home?
No. If you live abroad or rent out your property, we can agree on key holding, a key box or access through your property manager, as we do for our changeover service.
Do you clean mattresses in holiday rentals?
Yes. Mattresses in guest bedrooms are part of this service. We plan the work around your booking calendar, so the property is ready for the next arrival.
Which areas do you cover for carpet and upholstery cleaning?
All of Marbella, including San Pedro and Puerto Banús, and the rest of our local area from Manilva to Estepona. Places up to about one hour away, such as Mijas and Fuengirola, are possible with a travel supplement confirmed in your quote.
